1. How were these lawyers vetted?
Good question! We personally had calls with all of the lawyers listed above to understand their background, experience, as well as expertise in serving high-skilled immigrants. Everyone listed above is a certified member of AILA (American Immigration Lawyers Association) and has been practicing for well over a decade.
We know what a "bad experience" looks like with a lawyer, so we're passionate in helping other immigrants avoid it.
2. Will I get to speak to the lawyers for free if I become a member of unshackled.club?
You will get to have a free, initial profile evaluation consult with one of the lawyers listed above based on your profile, background, and the talent visa you want to apply for. These consults are generally worth anywhere from $250 to $500.
This benefit is only offered to the highest tier of unshackled.club, where we choose members on an invite-only basis to uphold a high quality within our community.

3. How do I choose the right lawyer?
Honestly, all of our lawyers are well-versed in helping immigrants with a wide range of matters, ranging from EB-1A profile evaluations to setting up companies as a student. We recommend spending a minute to read the individual lawyer pages, and especially look at the question, "Who should book a call with this lawyer?" section.
4. What if I need to cancel my session or I miss my session?
We understand that plans change sometimes. We ask that you reschedule or cancel your session at least 24 hours ahead of time out of consideration for the lawyers' time. If you cancel the session within 24 hours of the session or miss attending it, it will still be counted as a used session.
5. Is there a refund policy?
No. 100% of the money you pay goes to our partners, and we have no authority over offering refunds. Please contact the lawyer directly regarding refunds.
